Returns and Refunds

• You have 14 calendar days to return a product from the day you received it. For more details, please refer to our terms of purchase here.

• We charge a return fee of 6 EUR, which will be deducted from your refund.

• It's important to inspect your order upon receipt. If the products are incorrect or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

• Currently, we do not offer product exchanges. You are welcome to place a new order for the desired product and return the unwanted item to us.

• We only accept returns for orders made on our website. If you purchased the product from one of our retailers, please contact their customer service for return information.

• When returning our bundles/kits, you need to return all products in the package. Partial returns are not possible.

• You register your return here.

Once we have received your goods, a refund process will be initiated. Depending on how you chose to pay for your order, the refund process will vary:

• If you paid with a credit card or debit card, the refund will be sent to your bank within five banking days. Please contact your bank if you have any questions about when the refund will appear in your account.

• If you paid with one of our payment providers, the refund will be processed according to the provider's policy. Please contact the provider if you have any questions about your refund.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days to receive and process your return. If it has taken longer than this, please contact our customer service with your return proof, such as the receipt of return. We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, but during promotional periods and holidays, it may take a little longer than usual.
